- Check-in begins at 15:00, and check-out is by 11:00. If you arrive early, we’re happy to store your luggage at no extra charge.
- A valid payment card (Visa, Mastercard, or American Express) is required to secure your reservation. The card provided may be preauthorised prior to your arrival, and full payment will be collected at check-in.
- Guests are required to present a valid payment card at check-in. Each guest must also provide a valid passport, driving licence, or national ID upon arrival.
- The payment card presented at check-in will be held responsible for any outstanding balances not settled at departure for all rooms under the reservation.
- Fully Flexible reservations may be cancelled up to 48 hours prior to the date of arrival (by 23:59 PM Irish Standard Time) without incurring a fee. If you wish to cancel your reservation, you need to notify us by emailing [email protected]. In the case of a no-show or late cancellation, a charge equal to 100% of the first night’s rate will apply.
- Non-Refundable reservations cannot be altered or cancelled free of charge. Full payment will be taken on the day of booking and this amount is non-refundable and non-transferable.
- Group reservations (5+ rooms / 10+ people) are subject to different deposit and payment terms. For more information, please contact us directly.
- A child under 7 years of age may stay for free in an existing bed in the room booked. There is no capacity for extra beds in the rooms.
- The hotel is entirely non-smoking with the exception of the designated smoking area. The usage of e-cigarettes is also prohibited throughout the building. Smoking within a hotel guest room or any public area will lead to a fine of up to €600.00 and removal from the property without refund for all forfeited nights.
- Temple Bar Inn reserves the right to remove any guest from the premises without refund if their behaviour causes disturbance, damage, or inconvenience to other guests or staff.
- Temple Bar Inn reserves the right to charge guests for any costs incurred in repairing or cleaning damage resulting from deliberate or reckless actions that affect the hotel’s property or structure. This right also extends to compensation for loss of earnings if the damage prevents the room from being available to other guests. Additionally, charges may apply for any hotel items that are removed or lost from the room.
